Snov.io Alternatives 2026: 8 Picks by Use Case

The best Snov.io alternative depends on the job. Pick Apollo.io for a big contact database with sequences, Hunter or GetProspect for simple email finding, Instantly for high-volume cold email, lemlist for multichannel personalization, Waalaxy for LinkedIn-first outreach, and ZeroBounce for list verification. Snov.io itself remains a strong all-in-one for small teams.

Most “Snov.io alternatives” lists rank the publisher’s own tool first. This one doesn’t sell any of the tools below. We group them by the job you want done, use only prices from each vendor’s own page, and say where Snov.io is still the better choice. We haven’t tested these tools hands-on yet, so feature claims are attributed to the vendors.

Why do people look for Snov.io alternatives?

People usually switch because they need one job done better than an all-in-one does it, or because Snov.io’s quota-based pricing doesn’t match how they work. The themes below recur in public third-party reviews and roundups, and several can be checked against Snov.io’s own pages.

  1. Credits run out faster than expected. Third-party roundups often list “credits deplete fast.” Snov.io’s own FAQ shows Starter credits cost about 3.9¢ each versus about 0.9¢ on Pro M, so small plans feel tight.
  2. LinkedIn automation costs extra. It’s a separate $69/month per-slot subscription, or $59 with a paid plan, not part of the base plans (snov.io/pricing, checked 6 Nov 2026).
  3. Data coverage gaps. Some reviewers report missing or inaccurate emails for certain regions or niches. No email database is complete, so test any tool on your own list.
  4. Strict refund policy. Snov.io’s billing FAQ says it does not offer partial or full refunds on plan payments.
  5. Too much tool for one job. If you only send cold email, or only verify lists, a specialist can be simpler.

How did we choose these alternatives?

We picked tools that each beat Snov.io at one specific job, with public pricing we could check on the vendor’s own site. We judged them on:

  • Fit for the job: finding, sending, LinkedIn, verification or all-in-one.
  • Transparent pricing: a published price and clear units (credits, emails, seats).
  • Free plan or trial: so you can test against your own list before paying.
  • Pricing model: per seat vs per account, and whether you pay for failed lookups.

We left out enterprise data vendors that don’t publish prices, such as ZoomInfo, because you can’t compare them like-for-like.

1. Apollo.io: best for a large database plus sequences

Best for: sales teams that prospect mainly from a built-in B2B database and want sequencing in the same tool.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Apollo.io’s pricing page lists a Free plan, Basic at $49 and Professional at $99 in its structured data, plus Custom for larger teams. Its FAQ says all seats on an account must be on the same plan, so confirm whether the price is per seat, and the annual rate, at checkout.
  • Credits: pooled across the team, granted at the start of each cycle, and don’t roll over, per Apollo.io’s FAQ.
  • Email campaigns: included on every account. Free plans connect Gmail only.
  • vs Snov.io: Apollo.io leans database-first, while Snov.io leans toward an all-in-one sender with warm-up and unlimited seats. Snov.io’s unused credits can roll over while a plan is active; Apollo.io’s don’t.

2. Hunter: best for straightforward email finding

Best for: finding emails by company domain or by name, and verifying lists, with a simple credit system.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Free $0 (50 credits/month); Starter $49/month ($34 billed yearly) with 2,000 credits; Growth $149/month ($104 yearly) with 10,000 credits; Scale $299/month ($209 yearly) with 25,000 credits; Enterprise custom.
  • Credit rules: 1 credit per email found, 0.5 credit per verification, and no charge when nothing is found, Hunter says. Monthly credits reset and don’t roll over.
  • Also includes: unlimited team members, Sequences for cold email (3 connected inboxes on Starter), browser extension, Google Sheets add-on, API.
  • vs Snov.io: Hunter’s Starter gives twice Snov.io Starter’s credits (2,000 vs 1,000) for $10 more, and verifications cost half a credit. Snov.io includes far more campaign capacity (5,000 recipients and unlimited senders) plus LinkedIn and warm-up.

3. GetProspect: best if you only want to pay for valid emails

Best for: budget-conscious email finding, where you’re charged only for valid results.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Free (50 valid emails/month); Starter $49/month (1,000 valid emails); Growth $99/month (5,000), $199 (20,000) and $399 (50,000). Annual billing saves 30%, so Starter is $34/month yearly.
  • Wallet: phone numbers cost $0.12 each when found, and verifications $0.80 per 1,000, paid from a team wallet. Each plan payment adds 20% back to the wallet, GetProspect says.
  • vs Snov.io: a cleaner fit if you only find emails. It has no built-in warm-up or multichannel campaigns.

4. Skrapp: best for finding emails from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

Best for: recruiters and sales reps who build lists from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Free (50 credits, 1 user); Professional $39/month, or $29/month billed annually, for 2,000 credits and 2 users; Enterprise from $349/month ($262 annually) for 50,000 credits and 15 users.
  • Credit rules: charged only for “Valid” or “Catch-all” results, and unused credits roll over, Skrapp says.
  • vs Snov.io: Skrapp charges per user beyond the included seats; Snov.io doesn’t charge per seat. Skrapp is a finder, not a sender.

5. Instantly: best for high-volume cold email sending

Best for: agencies and outbound teams sending from many mailboxes.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): No free plan is listed on Instantly’s pricing page. Outreach plans: Growth $47/month (5,000 emails, 1,000 uploaded contacts, unlimited email accounts and warm-up) and Hypergrowth $107/month (125,000 emails, 25,000 contacts). Lead-data “Instantly credits” are a separate subscription from $47/month. Bundles start at $94/month. Yearly billing is cheaper (Growth $37.60/month).
  • vs Snov.io: Instantly is built around unlimited sending accounts and warm-up on every plan. Snov.io limits warm-up to 3 mailboxes on Starter (unlimited on Pro), but includes an email finder, verifier and LinkedIn steps in one plan.

6. lemlist: best for multichannel, highly personalized sequences

Best for: teams that want email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS/WhatsApp in one personalized sequence.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Email plan $69/month ($55 billed yearly); Multichannel $109/month ($87 yearly), including LinkedIn automation; Enterprise custom. lemlist says pricing is based on the number of users. Lead-data credits are an add-on from $20/month for 2,000 credits.
  • Trial: 14 days, with Multichannel features and 200 free credits.
  • vs Snov.io: lemlist bundles LinkedIn automation into Multichannel, while Snov.io charges per LinkedIn slot. Snov.io doesn’t charge per user, which matters as a team grows.

7. Waalaxy: best for LinkedIn-first outreach

Best for: founders and recruiters whose outreach is mostly LinkedIn.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): Pro is shown at €19/user/month with 300 invites a month, next to a “-50%” annual-savings badge. Advanced (800 invites/month) and Business (LinkedIn + email, 500 email finder credits) are listed, but their prices are not shown in the page text. Check the billing period on Waalaxy’s checkout before comparing.
  • vs Snov.io: Waalaxy is LinkedIn-native. Snov.io’s LinkedIn Automation costs $69/month per slot ($59 with a paid plan) but runs in the same sequences as your email.

8. ZeroBounce: best for email verification only

Best for: cleaning lists before sending, whatever tool you send from.

  • Pricing (checked 6 Nov 2026): pay as you go from $39 for 2,000 validations; ZeroBounce ONE subscription from $99/month with rollover credits; 100 free validations a month.
  • Claims: ZeroBounce says it is “99.6%” accurate and doesn’t charge for “unknown” results. Its Email Finder uses 20 credits per successful lookup.
  • vs Snov.io: Snov.io’s verifier (it claims “98%+”) is included in its credits. ZeroBounce suits teams that only need verification or want a second check before big sends.

When is Snov.io still the better choice?

Snov.io homepage (snov.io, checked 6 Nov 2026)

Snov.io is still the better pick when you want finding, verifying, warm-up, email + LinkedIn campaigns and a light CRM under one login, and your team is more than one person. Its no-per-seat pricing, unlimited senders and recipient-based billing (follow-ups free in the same period) are hard to match at $39/month for Starter (checked 6 Nov 2026).

Stay with Snov.io if:

  1. You use at least three of its jobs: finding, verifying, warm-up and sending.
  2. Several teammates need access and you don’t want per-seat pricing.
  3. You contact up to 5,000 new leads a month (Starter) or 25,000 (Pro S).

Switch if: you send from dozens of inboxes (Instantly), live on LinkedIn (Waalaxy or lemlist), need a bigger database (Apollo.io), or only find or verify emails (Hunter, GetProspect, Skrapp or ZeroBounce). For finder-only picks with free tiers, see our best free email finder tools comparison.
