Snov.io Review (2026): Who It’s For, Pricing and Limits

Snov.io is worth it for small sales teams, founders and agencies that want one account to find emails, verify them, warm up mailboxes and send email + LinkedIn sequences, starting at $39/month (checked 6 Nov 2026). It is not the best pick for very high-volume cold email, LinkedIn-only outreach, or verification-only jobs.

How this review was made: This review is based on Snov.io’s own pricing page, knowledge base and product pages, checked on November 6, 2026, plus the recurring themes in public third-party reviews. We have not run a hands-on test yet, so we report what Snov.io says and label vendor claims as such.

Verdict at a glance

Best for Founders, small B2B sales teams and agencies who want email finding, verification, warm-up, email + LinkedIn campaigns and a light CRM in one subscription, with no per-seat fees
Not for Teams sending to very large lists from dozens of mailboxes (look at Instantly), LinkedIn-only prospectors (look at Waalaxy), list cleaning only (look at ZeroBounce), or anyone who needs refunds on unused months
Starting price Free Trial plan ($0, no end date); Starter $39/month or $29.25/month billed annually; Pro from $99/month or $74.25/month billed annually (checked 6 Nov 2026)
Pricing model Credits (finding and verifying), recipients (people you contact), enrichment tokens, warm-up slots; LinkedIn Automation is a separate per-slot add-on ($69/month)
Our call A good-value all-in-one for small outbound teams. Not the cheapest single-job tool, and the add-ons and quotas need reading before you buy.

We don’t give Snov.io a numeric score, because we haven’t tested it hands-on yet.

What is Snov.io?

Snov.io is an all-in-one outbound platform: prospect and company database search, an email finder, a 7-tier email verifier, data enrichment, email warm-up, multichannel (email + LinkedIn) drip campaigns, a shared reply inbox (Unibox) and a sales CRM. It sells mainly to small and mid-sized B2B teams and agencies.

Snov.io says “over 300,000 businesses” use it. It also runs Chrome extensions for finding emails on websites and LinkedIn, plus an Email Tracker for Gmail.

The useful way to think about it: Snov.io bundles four or five tools a small team would otherwise buy separately (an email finder, a verifier, a warm-up tool, a cold email sender and a simple CRM) and bills them through shared quotas.

What does Snov.io do, job by job?

Snov.io covers the whole outbound loop from finding a lead to tracking the deal. Here’s what each part does, according to Snov.io’s own pages (checked 6 Nov 2026).

Finding leads and email addresses

  • Database search: filter a B2B prospect and company database by your ideal customer profile. On the free Trial plan you only see the first 20 prospects of a search.
  • Domain search: enter a company name or domain to see employees, roles and contacts.
  • Email search: find an email from a person’s name and company.
  • LinkedIn Prospect Finder and Email Finder extensions: collect leads and emails while browsing LinkedIn or company websites.
  • Bulk search: save verified leads in bulk. Not available on Trial.

Each found email, saved prospect or verification costs 1 credit.

Verifying emails

Snov.io runs what it calls 7-tier verification with greylisting bypass. Snov.io says its verifier is “98%+” accurate; we have not tested that claim. Bulk verification handles up to 100,000 emails per file on the largest plans, and it isn’t available on Trial.

Enriching contacts

Enrichment uses a separate currency, enrichment tokens ($0.02 each in packages, valid 90 days). It can add phone numbers, missing emails, “16 additional data points” such as bio and education, company data like funding and size, and AI web research. You’re charged only when a result comes back, Snov.io says.

Warming up and protecting deliverability

  • Email warm-up: 1 mailbox on Trial, 3 on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
  • Premium (business-domain) warm-up pool, template warm-up and tracking-domain warm-up.
  • Deliverability and placement check, spam word checker, DNS record checker, blacklist checker and a custom tracking domain.
  • Done-for-you sending domains from $12/year per domain, plus done-for-you Google mailboxes.

Sending cold email and LinkedIn sequences

Campaigns run on recipients. You’re charged one recipient the first time you contact a lead, by email or LinkedIn, and follow-ups to that lead in the same billing period are free. Campaigns, follow-ups and sender accounts are unlimited on every plan; only recipients are capped.

LinkedIn steps (connection requests, messages, InMail, profile views, post likes, endorsements) need LinkedIn Automation, a separate add-on at $69/month per LinkedIn account slot. Snov.io says each slot gets a dedicated proxy and randomized daily limits. There’s a 7-day free trial.

Managing replies and deals

Unibox collects replies in one place, and the built-in sales CRM handles deals, tasks and loss reasons, with Google Calendar sync. Integrations include two-way HubSpot and Pipedrive syncs, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Calendly, an API with webhooks, and MCP access so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can work in your account.

How much does Snov.io cost?

What are Snov.io’s pros and cons?

Snov.io’s main strength is breadth for the price. Its main weakness is that the pricing has several moving parts.

Pros

  1. One subscription for the whole outbound loop. Finding, verifying, warm-up, campaigns, Unibox and CRM are all in one place.
  2. No per-seat fees. Snov.io’s pricing page lists unlimited team seats on paid plans; its help center (article dated 14 Jan 2025) says teamwork features start on Pro. Either way, you pay per plan, not per user.
  3. Unlimited campaigns, follow-ups and senders. Only recipients are capped, and follow-ups are free within the billing period.
  4. Unlimited mailbox warm-ups on Pro, which most standalone warm-up tools charge for per inbox.
  5. A free plan that doesn’t expire, so you can try the workflow without a card.
  6. Two-way HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations, Zapier/Make/n8n, an API and MCP access on paid plans.

Cons

  1. Several meters to track. Credits, recipients, enrichment tokens, warm-up slots and LinkedIn slots each have their own limits and expiry rules.
  2. LinkedIn automation costs extra: $69/month per slot, or $59 with a paid Sales Suite plan.
  3. Small plans cost far more per credit. Snov.io’s own FAQ puts Starter at about 3.9¢ per credit and Pro M at about 0.9¢.
  4. The Trial is a preview, not a working plan. It has no export, bulk search, bulk verification, integrations or API, and database search shows only the first 20 prospects.
  5. No refunds as standard. Snov.io’s billing FAQ says it doesn’t offer partial or full refunds on monthly or annual plans, though support reviews mistaken charges.
  6. Recipients don’t roll over. Unused recipients expire each billing period.

Is Snov.io worth it?

Yes, if you need three or more of its jobs (finding, verifying, warm-up, sending) and a small team will share the account. Starter at $39/month covers 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, and buying a separate finder, warm-up tool and sender would usually cost more.

It’s less worth it if you only need one job done well:

  • Only finding emails? A dedicated finder such as Hunter or GetProspect may be simpler. Compare them in our best free email finder tools guide.
  • Only sending lots of cold email? Instantly is built around unlimited mailboxes and high send volume.
  • Only LinkedIn? Waalaxy is a cheaper LinkedIn-first tool.
  • Only cleaning lists? ZeroBounce is a pure verification service.

Who should use Snov.io, and who shouldn’t?

Use this quick checklist.

Choose Snov.io if you:

  1. Run outbound for one business or a few agency clients and want one login.
  2. Want email and LinkedIn in the same sequence and will pay for a LinkedIn slot.
  3. Have several teammates who need access without per-seat fees (if you need team features, check whether Starter covers them or budget for Pro).
  4. Contact up to 5,000 new people a month (Starter) or 25,000 (Pro S).

Skip Snov.io if you:

  1. Need deep phone and firmographic data at enterprise scale. Database-first tools such as Apollo.io are the more common pick there.
  2. Send from dozens of inboxes and care most about sending infrastructure.
  3. Want a single-purpose tool with one simple meter.

What are the best Snov.io alternatives?

The best alternative depends on which job you want done better. Apollo.io for a larger database with sequences, Hunter for simple email finding, Instantly for high-volume sending, lemlist for multichannel personalization, and Waalaxy for LinkedIn-first outreach. We compare eight options by use case, with prices checked on each vendor’s own page, in Snov.io alternatives.

How do you get started with Snov.io?

  1. Create a free account on Snov.io. Snov.io says no card is required.
  2. Use the Trial’s 50 credits to test email search and verification on a list you know.
  3. Connect one sending mailbox and start warm-up before you send campaigns.
  4. Send a small campaign (the Trial allows 100 recipients) and check deliverability.
  5. Upgrade to Starter or Pro only once you know your monthly recipient and credit needs.

If you send cold email, follow CAN-SPAM in the US (a real postal address, an opt-out link and honest subject lines). Check GDPR or CASL if you contact people in the EU, UK or Canada.

Frequently asked questions

Is Snov.io good?

Snov.io is a solid all-in-one outbound tool for small teams and agencies. It combines an email finder, verifier, warm-up, email + LinkedIn campaigns and a CRM in one plan from $39/month (checked 6 Nov 2026). Single-purpose tools can beat it at one job, such as high-volume sending or verification only.

Is Snov.io free to use?

Yes. Snov.io has a free Trial plan that doesn’t expire, with 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 enrichment tokens and 1 warm-up slot. Snov.io’s pricing page says the Trial allowance renews monthly; its help center says the 25 tokens are one-time. It excludes export, bulk search, bulk verification, integrations, A/B testing and API access.

How much does Snov.io cost?

Snov.io Starter costs $39/month, or $29.25/month billed annually. Pro starts at $99/month ($74.25 annually), and larger Pro tiers run up to $738/month. LinkedIn Automation is an extra $69/month per slot. Prices checked November 6, 2026. See our Snov.io pricing page.

Is Snov.io a CRM?

Snov.io includes a built-in sales CRM for deals, tasks, pipelines and deal-loss tracking, with Google Calendar sync. It’s a light CRM attached to an outreach tool, not a full CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive. Snov.io syncs two ways with both.

Is Snov.io legal?

Snov.io is a legitimate software company and the tool is legal to use. Whether your outreach is legal depends on how you use it: follow CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR or CASL rules where they apply, and only email people with a relevant business reason. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is Snov.io better than Apollo.io?

Neither is better for everyone. Snov.io doesn’t charge per seat, and it includes unlimited senders and unlimited warm-ups on Pro, and it charges by recipients contacted. Apollo.io is known for its large contact database. Pick based on whether you need data depth (Apollo.io) or an all-in-one sender with warm-up for a small team (Snov.io).

Does Snov.io offer refunds?

Snov.io’s billing FAQ says it doesn’t offer partial or full refunds for monthly or annual plan payments. If a charge was a mistake or you bought the wrong plan, contact support, which reviews each request. Start on the free Trial before paying.
