Snov.io is an all-in-one outbound platform: prospect and company database search, an email finder, an email verifier, enrichment, warm-up, multichannel (email + LinkedIn) campaigns and a sales CRM. Its pricing has more parts than most tools, so this page lays out every plan, every add-on and the real cost per unit. For our overall take, see the Snov.io review.
How much does Snov.io cost per month?
Snov.io’s main “Sales Suite” plans cost $0, $39, $99, $189, $369 or $738 a month on monthly billing, or 25% less on annual billing. Custom Ultra is quoted.

Source: snov.io/pricing and the Snov.io knowledge base, checked November 6, 2026. Pro M, L and Ultra quotas come from the pricing page’s plan comparison table; confirm the quota for your tier in Snov.io’s plan selector before you buy. Prices are in USD and exclude any tax.
Every paid plan includes unlimited campaigns, follow-ups, sender accounts and prospect storage. On team seats, Snov.io’s pages differ: the pricing page lists unlimited team seats on Starter and Pro, while a help-center article dated 14 Jan 2025 says teamwork starts on Pro. If several people need to work in one account, confirm with Snov.io before choosing Starter. Snov.io’s help center also lists A/B testing, spintax and campaign volume control as Pro features, so don’t count on them for Starter.

What do credits, recipients and tokens mean?
Snov.io bills through four separate quotas. Knowing which one each action uses is the key to picking a plan.
- Credits pay for finding and verifying. One email search, one saved prospect or one email verification costs 1 credit. Unused credits roll over while your plan stays active: on monthly plans with renewal on, and accumulating on annual plans until the plan ends.
- Recipients pay for outreach. You’re charged 1 recipient the first time you contact a lead by email or LinkedIn, and all follow-ups to that lead in the same billing period are free. Recipients expire every period and don’t roll over.
- Enrichment tokens pay for phone numbers, extra profile and company data, AI web research and data cleanup. Different operations cost different numbers of tokens, and you’re charged only for results.
- Warm-up slots set how many mailboxes you can warm up at once: 1 on Trial, 3 on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
What is the true cost per credit and per recipient?
On Starter, a credit works out to about 3.9¢. On Pro M it’s about 0.9¢, which matches Snov.io’s own FAQ. Per-recipient cost falls from about 0.78¢ on Starter to about 0.37¢ on the largest tiers.
The math below divides the full plan price by one quota at a time, which is how Snov.io’s own FAQ quotes it. Since one fee buys both credits and recipients, read these as ceilings: if you use both quotas, each unit effectively costs less.
| Plan | $ per credit (monthly) | $ per credit (annual) | $ per recipient (monthly) | $ per recipient (annual) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3.9¢ | 2.9¢ | 0.78¢ | 0.59¢ |
| Pro S | 2.0¢ | 1.5¢ | 0.40¢ | 0.30¢ |
| Pro M | 0.95¢ | 0.71¢ | 0.38¢ | 0.28¢ |
| Pro L | 0.74¢ | 0.55¢ | 0.37¢ | 0.28¢ |
| Pro Ultra | 0.74¢ | 0.55¢ | 0.37¢ | 0.28¢ |
Our calculation from snov.io/pricing list prices, checked November 6, 2026. Rounded.
What this means in practice:
- Moving from Starter to Pro S multiplies credits by 5 for about 2.5 times the price.
- Above Pro L, the per-unit price stops falling. Pro Ultra is simply twice Pro L, so you buy it for volume, not for a better rate.
- Annual billing takes 25% off every tier. That’s the single biggest lever if you know you’ll stay.

A worked example
Say you want to find and email 1,000 new leads a month.
- Finding 1,000 emails uses about 1,000 credits. If you also run a separate verification pass on imported addresses, budget another credit for each one.
- Emailing them uses 1,000 recipients, and the follow-ups are free in the same billing period.
- Starter ($39/month, or $29.25 annually) covers this, with 4,000 recipients to spare. If you need more than 1,000 credits, the next step is Pro S at $99.
Add a LinkedIn step and you also need one LinkedIn slot: $59/month with a paid plan. That brings the total to $98/month on Starter monthly billing.
How much is Snov.io LinkedIn Automation?
LinkedIn Automation costs $69/month per LinkedIn account slot. It drops to $59/month when you also have a paid Sales Suite plan (the pricing page calls it “extra $10 off”). Snov.io’s pricing page also shows $62/month per slot on annual billing (checked 6 Nov 2026).
- One slot connects one LinkedIn account. You need one slot per account you want to run at the same time.
- It’s a separate subscription, billed every 30 days and cancelled separately from your plan.
- A free 7-day trial is available.
- Snov.io says each slot gets a dedicated location-based proxy, randomized daily limits and automatic request withdrawal. It recommends staying under 50 actions per type per day.
- It works with free LinkedIn accounts as well as Sales Navigator, Snov.io says.
On annual billing, Snov.io’s pages differ: the pricing page shows $62/month per slot, while its billing FAQ says annual LinkedIn billing is arranged through the sales team. Neither page says whether the $10 paid-plan discount also applies on annual billing, so we don’t quote a combined price. Ask Snov.io before committing to a year.
How much do Snov.io enrichment tokens cost?
Extra enrichment tokens cost $0.02 each, sold in one-time packages that are valid for 90 days and can be stacked. Snov.io uses the package that expires soonest first. You don’t need a Sales Suite plan to buy tokens.
| Token package | Price (billed once) |
|---|---|
| 1,000 tokens | $20 |
| 2,000 tokens | $40 |
| 5,000 tokens | $100 |
| 10,000 tokens | $200 |
| 20,000 tokens | $400 |
| 50,000 tokens | $1,000 |
Source: snov.io/pricing token selector, checked November 6, 2026.
Each enrichment operation, such as a phone number lookup, costs a varying number of tokens. Snov.io’s pricing page doesn’t list a fixed token cost per phone number.
What other add-ons does Snov.io charge for?
- Done-for-you sending domains: from $12/year per domain, preconfigured.
- Done-for-you Google mailboxes: offered, but the price per mailbox isn’t listed on the pricing page.
- Custom Ultra: custom pricing with unused-credit rollover, a flat rate and bulk email account management.
What can’t you do on the free Trial plan?
The Trial has no end date, but it’s a preview. Snov.io itself says it “is not meant to help grow sales.”
Trial includes: 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 enrichment tokens and 1 warm-up slot. You can search for leads, verify emails, run campaigns with unlimited follow-ups, use the Chrome extensions and use the CRM.
Trial does not include:
- Data export (CSV, XLS or Google Sheets)
- Bulk email search and bulk verification
- Full database search (you see only the first 20 prospects)
- Integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, Calendly, API and webhooks
- Teamwork features
- Email A/B testing
- Unused credit rollover
A note on Trial renewal: Snov.io’s pricing page FAQ says the Trial allowance, including its free tokens, renews every month. Its help-center plans overview (dated 14 Jan 2025) says the 25 Trial tokens and a 450-email warm-up quota are one-time and don’t renew. Plan as if the tokens are one-time until Snov.io’s pages agree.
Is annual or monthly billing better?
Annual billing is better once you know Snov.io fits. It cuts every plan by 25% and lets unused credits build up while the plan is active. Monthly billing is safer for your first one to three months, because Snov.io’s billing FAQ says it doesn’t offer partial or full refunds on plan payments.
| Billing cycle | Discount | Best when |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | None | You’re testing fit, or your volume is seasonal |
| 3-month | 5% | You want a small saving without a 12-month commitment |
| Annual (paid upfront) | 25% | You’ve confirmed your monthly credit and recipient needs |
You can upgrade or downgrade without cancelling first, and the change applies immediately. Turning off auto-renewal cancels the plan at the end of the period, and the account then drops to the free plan. Export your data before that, because export stops on Trial.

Is Snov.io cheaper than the alternatives?
For small teams that need finding and sending in one tool, Snov.io’s Starter ($39/month) is priced below separate tools added together. On a single job it isn’t always the cheapest. Hunter’s Starter is $49/month for 2,000 credits, and Instantly’s outreach-only Growth plan is $47/month (both checked 6 Nov 2026). See Snov.io alternatives for an eight-tool comparison by use case. If you only need email addresses, compare free tiers in our best free email finder tools guide.
